Uri started his Enumerate journey in 2024, where he manages the Training and Enablement department.

As an experienced organizational development consultant, learning and development practitioner, facilitator, instructor, and an avid technologist, Uri's passion lies in blending technology and structured foundations into systemic, impactful, and meaningful solution sets designed to meet organizational goals. 

He resides just outside Pittsburgh, PA, and enjoys getting outdoors, off-roading, teaching martial arts, rockhounding, and collecting world currencies.

Eve has been with Enumerate (Formerly TOPS) and working with their products since 2003. She started her Enumerate journey in the Support department before moving into the Onboarding, Customer Success, and currently works in the Training and Enablement department. She couldn’t see herself anywhere else than at home with Enumerate.

Training is Eve’s true passion. If you love your job, you will never work a day. She has that.

She is a Florida born native and currently lives in Tampa, FL. She loves cake, chicken salad, and coffee.

Amy has been with Enumerate (Formerly TOPS) since 2010. She started her journey in the Customer Support department, moved into Onboarding as a Subject Matter Expert, and then transitioned onto the Training and Enablement team as a Specialist. She enjoys working with customers and teaching them how to navigate our platform.

Amy was born and raised in Worcester, MA, and moved down to Tampa, FL in 2010. She has two children who are the light of her life, and she absolutely loves living in Florida and enjoying the weather. Amy likes a good comedy show, fishing, swimming, water parks, roller coasters, and going to the beach.

Heath joined Enumerate in 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist, focusing on helping customers navigate the Engage platform. He later transitioned to the Training and Enablement team, where he's now a Specialist. Passionate about empowering customers, Heath excels at making the platform work for each user through effective training and support.

He believes modern training and personalized learning can elevate our skills and unlock greater potential. Heath is excited to collaborate with his team to drive meaningful impact through innovative tools and training methods. 

Born in Oklahoma City, OK, and now based in Tampa, FL, Heath loves visiting new restaurants, working on art, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Randolph joined Enumerate in 2025 as an experienced Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer with 25+ years of creating innovative, tech-driven training solutions. Randolph's passions are in designing blended learning, eLearning, and performance improvement programs for the corporate sector, working closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and teams to deliver engaging, results-oriented training. 

Randolph is proficient in ADA-compliant design, simulation development, and full project lifecycle management. His favorite development tools include Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office. 

Born and raised in the Pittsburgh, PA area, Randolph enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys and two dogs.  He also enjoys watching classic films and listening to old jazz recordings.
